Cara Lenoir is on a mission to redefine modern procurement through an Indigenous lens. As founder of Naakah Solutions Inc., she focuses on breaking down systemic barriers by leveraging her expertise in policy, relationship management and supply chain diversity.

Lenoir helps organizations move beyond “ticking boxes” toward meaningful economic engagement. She believes true reconciliation is found in the ledger—empowering Indigenous entrepreneurs to lead in sectors ranging from technology to infrastructure. Her work is rooted in the belief that when Indigenous businesses thrive, the regional economy grows stronger and more resilient.

She is a member of the Łı́ı́dlı̨ı̨ Kų́ę́ First Nation and a descendant of the Kátł’odeeche First Nation.
