Haleigh Callison is a member of the Hwlitsum First Nation and resides in Vancouver, B.C., on the traditional and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
Callison is the team lead, cedar sales (North America), with Western Forest Products, bringing more than a decade of experience in the lumber and forestry sector. Prior to this, she spent 14 years as a general manager and strength and conditioning coach at a high-performance training centre and had a professional hockey career in Germany, Kazakhstan, and across Canada and the U.S..
Callison serves as a director on the B.C. Hockey board, co-chair of the UBC Alumni Advisory Council, and continues long-standing community involvement with the Canucks for Kids Fund.
Callison is also the president and founder of Takoda Consulting and co-founder of Takoda Industrial Supplies, both Indigenous female-owned businesses. Her consulting work focuses on supporting male-dominated industries through critical thinking, practical systems change and inclusive growth.
