Val Foulds MacLeod is the Founder, President & CEO of Copper Springs Health and Safety Consulting Inc. (Copper Springs), an independent Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) consultancy that is 100% owned and led by an Indigenous Woman. We offer a wide range of Occupational Health and Safety services and have expanded our services to include an Alcohol and Drug testing arm of our company, entering the industry when it was one of the few Indigenous-owned D&A testing companies in the country. Val is a senior-level Occupational Health Nursing Specialist and an Occupational Health and Safety Professional with nationally recognized HSE credentials. Her career has been dedicated to developing relationships with clients, in addition to building knowledge of corporate and site-specific requirements with companies across North America.
