Hillary KeirsteadDirector of Program Support, Policy and Strategy with the City of Toronto

    Hillary Keirstead is the Director of Program Support, Policy and Strategy with the City of Toronto’s Purchasing and Materials Management Division, responsible for developing and maintaining the City’s procurement policies and administering Toronto’s Social Procurement Program. Over 14 years with the City of Toronto, she has worked for various divisions, with a long-time focus on housing and homelessness prior to moving to procurement. Hillary holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from York University.
